One of our flagship offerings is the flat-free tire, engineered using a proprietary micro-cellular polyurethane foam process that delivers outstanding durability, cushioning, and chemical resistance.

Flat-Free Polyurethane Tires – Puncture-Proof, Long-Life Industrial Tires

These tires are made from solid micro-cellular polyurethane foam, produced by combining polyol and isocyanate with a specialized reactive agent. This blend triggers a polymerization process, forming a dense yet elastic structure. The tires are cast using centrifugal molding machines that spin the molds at controlled speeds — creating a tough, seamless outer skin that’s up to twice as strong as traditional rubber.

Non-marking and abrasion-resistant
Chemical resistance to oils, solvents, and harsh cleaners
Lightweight and shock-absorbing, with a natural bounce

The internal sponge-like foam contains millions of microscopic air pockets, mimicking the comfort of pneumatic tires while eliminating the risk of deflation or damage from debris.
