For over 20 years, Bili has partnered with a trusted plastics injection molding supplier in Qingdao. Our main partner, Qingdao Jinning, recently expanded their operations by adding a dedicated facility solely for injection molding. Their original workshop now focuses on tooling, molds, and jig fabrication — streamlining the entire production workflow under one management system.
Together, we specialize in manufacturing electronic enclosures and housings from high-temperature and chemical-resistant resins, designed to withstand demanding industrial applications.

Plastics Injection Mold Tooling
We offer complete in-house tooling services to support your injection molding project. From simple one-part tools to complex multi-cavity molds with surface textures, logos, internal threads, or dual-shot compatibility, every tool is built for long-term performance and high repeatability.
Lid Mold Tool – Precision Machined
Shown above is H2 Tool Steel Mold used to mold a plastic housing lid. Designed with tight tolerances, it includes fine texture and logo features. This tool supports multi-cycle usage with minimal wear, ideal for high-volume production.
Base Mold Tool – Rugged & Repeatable
This mold produces the matching base of the housing unit. It includes embedded alignment pins and cooling channels to improve cycle times and dimensional consistency across large runs.
Finished Product – Industrial ABS Enclosures
The result is a robust two-part plastic housing with snap-fit locking mechanisms. These parts were molded using flame-retardant ABS for use in electrical and electronic equipment. The surface includes embossed branding, venting, and screw posts for PCB mounting.
Ready for Market – Production-Grade Plastic Enclosures
After design approval and successful testing, the project advanced to full-scale production. The image above shows a production run of finished enclosures awaiting final QC checks before packing and shipment. We ensure consistency by combining automated molding with hands-on inspection.
